In 2009, we launched a courier delivery automation platform. After making it profitable, we sold it. The current owner outsources some orders but is not heavily involved. This differs from the service we once proudly offered. Experience must be shared and enhanced to avoid lagging behind. A company's core is its people, values, and customer trust.
